The Gospel reading speaks of the leper's trust of Jesus' willingness to cleanse and the centurion's trust that by his word Jesus is able to heal. “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof." "Many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven."
